Things change and so does our market - there are all kinds of external factors.

All changes can simply be added to our basic form in MakeMyStrategy™ and then the strategy changes because the starting point was different in version 2, but also because we have achieved some of the things we decided in version 1.

It's a great advantage for us that we can simply build on our strategy, precisely because the basic form is in place. On the second revisit, we also got more into the corners and got even higher up in the helicopter because we had the whole platform in order.

The first time a strategy is created, it's a lot of work, but when the strategy needs to be adjusted, it's much easier for us to continue working and go even further. Mentally, it's hugely important that you don't have to get down in the ground again and mess around, because we've got a handle on that now. So mentally, we're already half-flying when we get started again.

With MakeMyStrategy™ we have been able to move forward quickly. When changes are made, the platform lights up red and says; if you do this, it will have such and such consequences. We've been able to deal with this very quickly and we've been able to move on faster because the basis is in place.

It gives a much better flow - we follow up - and things fall out quite naturally when using MakeMyStrategy™. When we follow up, it's clear to see where we're going. And we are guided through it all just as calmly and with room for reflection. We are three partners and we may disagree on some things, but with MakeMyStrategy™ we get a natural way to turn things around. And then move forward slowly and calmly.

Using MakeMyStrategy™ gives me the feeling that we're up in the helicopter, we have our plan, we have all the tools, we have the toolbox standing by and we pick up the different tools as we progress in our plan and we make sure to execute on the things we have planned. I want to highlight the fact that you have to deal with all these strategic things - it's fantastic - because we get to turn over all the stones and look at it in different ways. It has meant that we have talked about things that we wouldn't have talked about otherwise.

What I'm most excited about is the plan to make it happen - when do we do what, in what order and how and how do we reach the end goal. We know where we are in the plan or if we are behind schedule. We also know if we deviate slightly. We know exactly where we are.
