Security and data protection: Your data, your control

Trust and security are fundamental to our system.

• Technical architecture: We use enterprise-level APIs from leading providers like OpenAI as the core technology engine (layer 1). Our proprietary system (layers 2 and 3) controls all interactions to ensure relevance and security.

‍

• No training on your data: The data and strategic content you submit will never be used to train or improve the basic AI models. This is contractually guaranteed.

‍

• Data processing and location: By default, requests are processed on our provider's infrastructure in the United States and stored for a maximum of 30 days for abuse monitoring purposes only, after which they are deleted unless otherwise required by law.

‍

• EU Data Sovereignty (GDPR): For organizations that require all data to remain within the EU, we offer a solution via Azure OpenAI in an EU data region. Contact us to arrange this.

• Your responsibility: Avoid submitting sensitive personal data in the prompt.
