Strategy sets the course for our business - it's hugely important in terms of what we want and don't want.

Before we started using MakeMyStrategy , strategy work was very much up to the individual country director how strategy was interpreted, developed and implemented. Some had a lot of experience and some had less experience. Some used PowerPoints, some used one method, some used other models and some used a more analytical approach - all in all, we worked differently and did not have a common language for our strategic work.
