AFM Consulting Engineers A/S was founded in the fall of 1995 as a privately owned firm. Today, AFM employs 14 people and has experienced steady growth over the years.

In 2026, a planned generational transition will take place at AFM when the company’s founder, Anders Fabricius Møller, sells his shares.

At the same time, the day-to-day management is being strengthened. Ergin Mefail will continue as CEO and co-owner, while Henrik Følbæk Nielsen and Lisbeth Dragsbæk will join as co-owners and members of the management team.

Ergin Mefail views the change in ownership as a natural next step in the company’s development.

Our goal is for AFM to maintain its position as North Zealand’s leading engineering firm in the fields of structural engineering, fire safety, and construction consulting.”
